Tips for Using the Supportive Care Interventions Tab in iKM G2
No fields are “required”, so use what is applicable to you and your role and the interaction with/for the patient
If the encounter is something you would document in an iKM note, it is encouraged that an entry in the Supportive Care Interventions tab be created
User should still document a text note in their note template as the information from the Supportive Care Interventions will not be included in text note templates
Document all activities/interventions done with or for a patient
Use “edit” if making a change on the same day
Create a new entry if the intervention occurs on a different day
It is encouraged that the team(s) meet as a group to review and discuss the fields available in the Supportive Care Interventions tab so all users are utilizing the tool and responses consistently
